All the RTD consultants selected to join the corporate will undergo the specialist training as per the corporate needs for a maximum of two weeks as per the requirement of the corporate.
Access to the Database of the other consultants in the course Individual RTD Consultants
By registering in RTD a corporate can also have access to all the other profiles of the consultants who are attending the RTD course and are available for recruitment. This gives the details of all the Individual RTD consultants. The access to all the profiles of these consultants, along with their course performances of the RTD course, will be made available. All the Individual consultants in RTD are available for recruitment. The corporate can also fix up appointments with the RTD consultants for interviews during the final phase of the training. JITA will help in scheduling the interviews based on the corporate comfort. The RTD consultants can attend the interview at the corporate offices or JITA can organize for the interviews at JITA Campus itself as per the corporate convenience. The profiles of all the individual consultants of RTD who are selected for placements by a corporate will not be available in the general view after his confirmation of placement.
Access to own employees performances: Corporate RTD Consultants
By registering in the RTD a corporate can have access to the training schedule of all its employees who are part of the RTD curriculum. They will be able to track the performance of each consultant on a weekly basis which will be shown in the report card. Each consultant will share his experience on a forum to his corporate where the corporate could see on registration. The profiles of consultants from a particular corporate will not be available for view by all others except for the authorized person of the concerned corporate.
